Exchange and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery. We offer a 7-day exchange and return policy starting from the delivery date. To ensure your complete confidence in your purchase, you are welcome to inspect your order upon delivery. If the item(s) do not meet your expectations or the size is not suitable, you may return the entire order directly to the delivery representative and only pay the delivery fees. Please note that partial delivery is not permitted; the order must be either fully received or fully returned.

رضاكم هو أولويتنا القصوى. يُرجى توقع استلام الطلب خلال 5–7 أيام عمل. نوفر خدمة الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. ولضمان راحتكم وثقتكم الكاملة، يمكنكم معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام. في حال لم تكن القطعة مطابقة لتوقعاتكم أو كان المقاس غير مناسب، يمكنكم إرجاع الطلب بالكامل مباشرةً مع مندوب التوصيل مع دفع رسوم الشحن فقط.  لا يُسمح بالاستلام الجزئي، ويجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل.
